Karpaty Travel provides parcel shipment services to the following countries: Ukraine, Moldova, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, and to the most  Western Europian countries.  Karpaty Travel delivers the parcels to those countries by sea and by air.

  • Parcels to Ukraine, Georgia, Moldova *,  Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland are carried directly to recipient’s place of residence. 
    *Except deliveries to the region of Prednistrovya and Kazakhstan, in which case the parcels are delivered to the recipient’s nearest post office.
  • Minimum weight of sea and air parcels to all countries except Poland is 5 kg (12 lbs). If the weight of a parcel is less than 5 kg, the 5kg fee will still be charged.
    The maximum weight of each parcel will depend on the recipient’s country:
    - to Ukraine by sea or by air - 30 kg (66 lbs).
    - to Georgia, Moldova, Baltic countries, Kyrgyzstan, Uzbekistan by sea or by air - 30 kg (66 lbs).                                                                                                                   
  • - to Kazakhstan by sea or by air - 20 kg (44 lbs)     
  • - to Poland by sea or by air minimum weight -1 kg (2 lbs), maximum weight - 30 kg (66 lbs).
  • Date of parcel shipment is counted from the date the container is sent.
  • Payment for parcel delivered directly to the recipient is taken for each box (pack), regardless of the number of parcels that are sent to one address.
  • Each parcel is insured for you by our company for the total amount of $60. If desired, you can purchase additional insurance.
  • If the parcel weight is over 30 kg, it is calculated as a commercial cargo, in which case the recipient will be required to pay import duties. The amount of customs duties and customs procedure are established by customs regulations of the recipient’s country.
  • Parcels must be carefully packed (preferably - in a cardboard box). On both sides of the parcel the full name and complete address of the sender and the recipient must be clearly printed.
  • Karpaty Travel  sells cardboard boxes of different sizes and, at your request, provides services in packing parcels.
  • For your convenience, Karpaty Travel  will pick up the parcels from your residence in Toronto and nearby Mississauga.
  • Karpaty Travel send packages by ship and plane to European Union countries such as the Czech Republic, Bulgaria, Romania, Hungary, Croatia, Slovenia, Slovakia, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Israel, Serbia, Greece, Montenegro, the Republic of Northern Macedonia, Macedonia, North Macedonia , Germany, Italy, the Netherlands, Sweden.

ITEMS WHICH ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SEND IN ANY MAIL:

  • Firearms and ammunition, edged weapons and other specially designed for attack and defense items;
  • Gas lighters;
  • Narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their analogues;
  • Articles of indecent and immoral content;
  • Articles of gold, silver and other precious metals;
  • Seeds and planting material;
  • Cigarettes and alcohol;
  • Any products in aerosols.
