MAIL SERVICE ( LETTERS AND SMALL PACKAGES ) TO UKRAINE

  • Karpaty Travel sends letters, valuable documents and small packages to Ukraine.
  • Maximum weight of a letter and a small package is 4 kg (9 lbs), size of packaging should not exceed 90 cm (36 ") (length + height + width). If the weight or dimensions of a total length + height + width is exceeding 90 cm, such a package will be considered as a parcel.
  • We make a mail shipment every Friday from our office at 121 Runnymede Rd. Toronto, Ontario, M6S 2Y4.
  • You can send letters and small packages to "Rosan" or directly into the hands of the recipient in Ukraine.

You can send letters and small packages to "Rosan" at the following locations:

Choose a location where your relatives and friends would be able to pick up.

Letters and small packages are available for pick up at branches "Rosan" Wednesday (Lviv) and Thursday (Kyiv, Ternopil, Iv -Frankivsk) of the following week.

 

SENDING LETTERS AND SMALL PACKAGES DIRECTLY TO THE RECIPIENT IN UKRAINE

  • We deliver letters and small packages directly to the home of the recipient by courier to any, even the most distant locations in Ukraine.
  • Karpaty Travel guarantees delivery to the recipient and takes full responsibility for each shipment.

The cost of mailing letters and small packages directly to the recipient for all Ukraine  is listed in the table below:

  • The delivery period begins the following Thursday (a week after the mail was sent.
  • We also send letters and small packages to the recipient with express delivery of 2 to 6 business days (depending on the region of Ukraine).
  • Each parcel is automatically insured for $ 60.
  • Karpaty Travel  is not responsible for delivery of letters and parcels in which currency is sent.
  • Documents, air plane tickets and other valuable letters are only accepted for delivery or express
  • delivery directly to the recipient by courier.

ITEMS WHICH ARE NOT ALLOWED TO SEND IN ANY MAIL:

  • Firearms and ammunition, edged weapons and other specially designed for attack and defense items;
  • Gas lighters;
  • Narcotic drugs, psychotropic substances and their analogues;
  • Articles of indecent and immoral content;
  • Articles of gold, silver and other precious metals;
  • Seeds and planting material;
  • Cigarettes and alcohol;
  • Any products in aerosols.
