Karpaty Travel sends the parcels by sea and by air transport.
- Parcels are delivered directly to the recipient's hands
- Minimum weight of sea and air parcels to all countries except Poland is 5 kg (12 lbs). If the weight of a parcel is less than 5 kg, the 5kg fee will still be charged.
- The maximum weight of each parcel will depend on the recipient’s country
- Delivery time for packages is calculated from the date of the container shipment.
- Delivery fee is paid for each parcel, regardless of the amount of parcels send to one address
- Each parcel is automatically insured for amount of $60. If you wish, you can purchase additional insurance.
- When sending parcels to European Union countries, you must pay a customs duty of 32.5% of the parcel value.
- Karpaty Travel sells cardboard boxes of different sizes and, at your request, provides services in packing parcels
- For your convenience, Karpaty Travel will pick up the parcels from your residence in Toronto and nearby Mississauga
