• Money transfers are made to Pryvatbank. Recipient can receive the money at any branch of the bank throughout Ukraine. In order to receive money transfer you have to open an account.
• The cost of this service is a certain percentage (service fee) of the transfer amount; service fees vary depending on the amount being transferred.
• All what you need is to tell your relatives or friends a 6 - digit reference number of the money transaction that is given to you at the time of order.
• Money is available to receive on the next day after the transaction was made (Except holidays and Weekends). To pick-up the money only recipient’s passport is needed.
• Payment is in U.S. dollars or on the request of the recipient in Ukrainian currency.

Home delivery of money transfer to Ukraine is currently not available.

(Poland only)

• Express-transfers are made to the branches PKO Bank Polski and available to obtain on the next business day in U.S. dollars. Account in PKO Bank Polski for the transaction is not required.
• Express - transfers are carried out to the post offices or the branches of Bank Pocztowy in the all territory of Poland, and are available to obtain in PLN currency on the next business day.
• Money transfers are made on foreign currency accounts in PKO Bank Polski (duration of 2-5 business days) or branches of other banks in Poland (duration of 3-7 working days).
• Money transfers are made on the accounts in PLN currency to the relevant departments of banks in Poland, in which the recipient has an open account (the next working day).
• Delivering into the hands of the recipient can be done at any, even the most distant locations in Poland. Payment made in PLN in term of 3-10 business days.
